    Thus portable tens unit for the neck is very convenient. I have been using it nightly on level one no heat. I feel it helps some with my neck pain and my migraines. But that could be a placebo effect. I have no idea. What I do know is I can feel the effect of the electrical stimulation in some of the same areas that my migraines affect me.
    I have also used it with the heat to help relax my neck and that works really well.

    If you have any cervical issues, this is powerful!. Just make sure to keep the electrodes lubricated or it will lose power. Amazon sells a lubricant, SILK, very nice… made from kiwi fruit, not sticky
    Very easy to use. Charge, lubricate electrodes,, put on neck, tighten, press the ON button, then, the .+ button to the desired pressure.
    I may get another to keep in the car. I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve; numbness in this actually helps!
